Their phones or phone system sucks but they have great customer service and were able to answer all of my questions and got the first axle kit to me within 5 days, unfortunately I messed up on measurements of the axle and ordered the wrong axle. They were willing to do an exchange and I was going to return it but it’s heavy duty and built to last and is the right size for another trailer I have so I am going to keep it and ordered the correct axle…

they didnt have 62" option, only 61" for a 4' wide trailer. and they denied answering my calls. just an automatic recording saying im a spam risk and hangs up on me. but messages on facebook were answered almost instantly
