Address Matching Policy

 
Due to a significant rise in fraudulent activity targeting online orders, we have implemented a required address matching policy. Going forward, we will only ship items to the billing address associated with the payment card used for the purchase. This measure helps protect both our customers and our business by reducing the risk of unauthorized transactions and ensuring that orders are delivered to a verified address linked to the cardholder.
 
We understand this may require some adjustments for gift orders or shipments to alternative addresses, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the security of every transaction. If you have any questions about this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
 

By doing business at any of our stores, online, or over the phone you are agreeing to our shipping policies.

Husky Trailer Parts Co. ships product to any of the contiguous 48 United States.

Husky Trailer Parts Co. only accepts credit cards with billing addresses in the United States.  This includes Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover.

Husky Trailer Parts Co. ships in the US by FedEx Ground, FedEx LTL and Southeastern LTL. LTL shipping is for Commercial Addresses Only. Please call before placing an LTL Residential shipment.

While most of our products will ship for free, some items will incur shipping fees due to their oversized or overweight status. Shipping fees are non-refundable. These items include:

    • Axle Beams
    • Axle Kits
    • Wheel & Tire Assemblies
    • Wheels
    • Tires
    • Tool Boxes
    • Fenders
    • Gooseneck Couplers
    • Hubs & Drums over 9K
    • Leaf Springs
    • Jacks over 10K

Ground orders that do not require assembly ship within 1-2 working days. Ground orders that require assembly (wheels/tires, axles, torsion axles, etc.) will take 2 working days depending on previously scheduled assemblies and complexity of order. All express services will be shipped same day if placed by 12:00pm CST.  Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday through Sunday will be entered the following Monday with same ground and express rules in place.

Some products may be disassembled to meet shipping weight requirements by FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or Express.

For larger products that require freight, FedEx Freight will be shipped to the closest terminal for you to pick up unless specified as a Commercial address with a loading dock or fork lift. Access for a 53 foot semi trailer is required. You will need to provide the correct equipment to unload your purchase. If you do not have a loading dock, then you will need a forklift, skid steer, or some similar type of handling equipment to unload the purchase. The shipping fees you see in the Cart are for Commercial addresses only.

Shipping Notice: LTL Freight must be delivered to a Commercial Business Address only, unless you call first to arrange for residential delivery which will incur additional fees.

The day after your item has shipped is day one of the shipment.  Days are referred to as business days.  Saturday and Sunday are not business days, nor are postal holidays.

Husky Trailer Parts Co. does not ship to Freight Forwarders, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.  We will require a physical address.

Husky Trailer Parts Co. is not responsible for emails that get stuck in spam boxes, are not opened, or do not reach the final destination. 

Husky Trailer Parts Co. will send tracking numbers from the FedEx tracking system and once your order has been completed.

Insurance

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, Husky will replace any lost or damaged items that occurs during shipping.

If you did not purchase shipping insurance through Husky, Husky is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive damaged items at delivery, contact FedEx Directly by calling FedEx Customer Service Number: 1.800.463.3339.

Any shipment discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product.  Husky Trailer & Parts Co. will not be responsible for costs associated with any expense beyond 72 hours.

Husky Trailer & Parts Co. does not authorize signature for delivery unless specified by customer.  Carriers at their own discretion may change signature release depending on the insured value of the merchandise.

Husky Trailer & Parts Co. is not responsible for lost time or cost associated with any freight carrier losing or damaging a product.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Husky Trailer & Parts Co. within 2 hours of your order, the same day as order only by telephone. You can call 936-295-9900. (do not email)  Customer will be responsible for freight charges to and from the shipping address if cancelled beyond this time frame.
